  Robin Edwards did an extensive job for me. He is someone who does what he says. The project was a big, expensive job for me. In such instances, you worry about the horror stories of contractors who start a job and get the bulk of the money, but don't finish or disappear altogether. That wasn't the case with Robin at all. He doesn't underbid projects. His was the most extensive bid. He came in and explained what he was going to do and clearly demonstrated that he cared about the outcome of the project and our happiness. I've hired him since he replaced our retaining wall, for smaller jobs and he's also done work for a few of my friends. There are few contractors like Robin.

  Robin Edwards is so confident and articulate. He is very capable in conveying the details of the job and how he will go about it. And he does excellent follow-up work. He is good to his word and his contract. As a contractor myself, I keep going back to him because he is knowledgeable of his trade and is great at communicating to the customer. He is also great about accommodating changes and also explaining why some won't work. His service is a bit on the expensive side, but the quality is well worth the price. I continually recommend him to my customers.

  Big New Basements was a great company to work with. They were professional and prompt. Robin Edwards was very knowledgeable and credible. He was responsive to my questions and great about explaining the plans for the job. I highly recommend his service.
