  My handyman did an excellent job on our bathroom. He worked on and off for several days over the course of about 2 weeks. When he was finished, he said he was done and so I needed to pay the invoices. He gave me a stack of them, which I reviewed, checked against my calendar and confirmed work was done on that day, and paid. I was told these were all the invoices, and there wouldn't be a charge to replace the special ordered hinges when they came in. When he returned to replace the hinges TWO MONTHS LATER -- to the day-- he said he had forgotten to give me one invoice so I owed him for another day. It was too late for me to remember if he had worked for me that day or not, and I thought there was a risk that they were squeezing someone else's hours onto my job (perhaps accidentally), which I discussed with the owner. In my opinion, the company or the handyman should bear the burden of submitting their hours on time, and it is not fair to give someone an invoice 2 months after the job is done and paid for, when it's too late to evaluate the invoice. Work was great, but book keeping needs to be more professional. Make sure you get all your invoices when finished.

  I thought Mr. Handyman did a good job. I was very pleased with their service. I wasn't sure exactly what fan I wanted, so they went out of their way to help with the order. They had to come back to install the product, but they didn't charge extra. They were clear about explaining the process and spelling out their prices. It was a nice experience overall.

  I employed Mr. Handyman twice. They did a good job. The fellas were very nice and personable. I thought they charged too much, but the work was worth it I guess. They didn't come at the time they said they would, but they called to inform me they would be late. They were good humored and responsive about answering my questions. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I'm satisfied with their service.

  I thought Mr. Handyman did a pretty good job. They did have to come out twice to get the job completed to my satisfaction. Kevin Carney helped out a lot. They were responsive and good about follow up. I have another job coming up and I will go back to them.
