I sell and service copiers, fax machines and laser printers and enjoy helping the "do-it-yourself" type people. I myself am a "do-it-yourself" type person and have been helped by others in the past, so I want to give back and help you!

I have been in the office equipment and supply industry for over 20 years and have several published industry related articles that help the end-user as well as the technician.

Some other help I can give is e-mail and phone technical support. If you have a minor problem or question I can help. Installing maintenance kits, fuser assemblies, feed rollers, and other parts. It is helpful to have basic repair skills but I will work with anyone that wants to give it a try.

I can help with hard to find toner/supplies and parts on all copiers, fax machines and printers. Also if a company gives you a quote on repair of your equipment I can give you feedback on pricing and correct procedures to help eliminate getting ripped off! If you are unsure about asking a question and you feel awkward about asking anything I promise I won't make you feel stupid because I am not like that.
