Thank you for using GenieTown. Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel an approved bid currently. I suggest you create another request, add the Genies you previously selected (which should still be accessible through your request page in My GenieTown page). I would then inform Arcana that you clicked by mistake on accept bid. Please note the action selected in the pull down menu when contacting a Genie. By default this becomes accept a bid when clicking on a bid. We are now aware that this may cause some confusion to our users and we will be correcting this very soon. You will notice starting Wednesday that we changed the caption on that Accept a bid from Send to Accept Bid. We will be taking further steps to reduce the confusion that may occur with bids and sending messages to Genies. Again thank you for using GenieTown and please bare with us as we tackle these issues.
