my adobe photoshop photos wil not upload, any ideas?

You need to save the files smaller... the resolution of the image is too big.
to save them smaller click: image- then image size. if the image is bigger than a 4x6 change it to 4x6. the resolution is just below. change that to 75 (the best for internet). then click file and "save as" not save. This will leave the older version unharmed. Rename your file to a different name and click save.

Yes, dont upload PSD files. They will take forever to upload. Convert them to gif or jpg before uploading.

If the files are large it might just take a while and there is not a progress indicator.

Are these scaled images like 240x240 pixels or full megapixel photos from a digital camera?

You might be trying to upload .psd files which are not widely used or standard. Try saving as a .gif or .jpg.
Also make sure the file size is within the limits of the sites requirements.
