In most cases GenieTown will not charge for paid site estimates because site estimates are typically conducted independent of and prior to having the customer accept the genie bid. Remember that genies are charged only when their bids are accepted. Therefore, GenieTown will charge for a paid site assessment only when the genie includes the site estimate amount in the bid he or she submits to the customer.
