When I try to "lookup" my services, it goes nowhere and My "services" list remains blank!! What is the problem here????

Oops! It should certainly show something! If there are no services matching what you are looking for it should say:

Sorry, we could not find a service that matched your suggestions.

I just tried a service search myself right now and it seemed to work fine.
