We ask the following questions to determine the customer's satisfaction rating:
- Was the job completed?
- Will you recommend this genie for another job?
- On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best and 1 worst, rate the genie on the following factors: price, quality, punctuality, responsiveness, and professionalism.
