After introducing ourselves and explaining the genie's interest in joining our service, we will ask the reference the following questions: did the genie complete the job for the reference and would the reference rehire the genie or refer them to other customers? We then ask the reference to rate the genie on five metrics on a scale from 1 (worst) to 5 (best): price, quality of work, punctuality, responsiveness, and professionalism. Finally, we will ask the reference to provide a short summary that best describes their experience hiring the genie. The first three positive references will qualify the genie as a member.
