5. to respond directly to your questions, comments or requests for support;
6. to analyze site usage, to improve and customize our website and service offers, and to improve our marketing and promotional efforts;
7. to compile aggregate user profile data, such as geographic information, role-related information and zip code, which are used for market analysis;
8. to resolve disputes;
